GT batted first and were kept to 168/6 with Jasprit Bumrah producing a superb spell that saw him pick three wickets for just 14 runs. In reply, MI lost a couple of wickets early before Rohit Sharma and Dewald Brevis put the chase on track. However, MI were scratchy in slog overs and fell short of the target by 7 runs.
