Rising Bharat Summit 2024, the fourth edition of the CNN-News18 marquee leadership conclave to be held in New Delhi on March 19-20, celebrates India’s remarkable transformative journey, while also acknowledging the immense potential that lies ahead.
Over the years, India has transitioned into a formidable force with global reach and impact. From technological innovation to economic resilience, India’s contributions have left an indelible mark on the international community. And leading this transformation is Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who will deliver the keynote address at the Rising Bharat Summit.
Among others from the field of politics who will present at the event are Amit Shah, Union Minister of Home Affairs; Dr S Jaishankar, Minister of External Affairs; Ashwini Vaishnaw, Union Minister of Electronics & IT; Smriti Irani, Union Minister of Women & Child Development; Anurag Thakur, Minister of Sports, Youth Affairs; G20 Sherpa Amitabh Kant, BJP leader K. International speakers will include Ameenah Gurib-Fakim, former President, Mauritius; Erik Solheim, former Executive Director, UNEP & former Environment Minister, Norway; Ryan McInerney, CEO, VISA Inc; Aleqa Hammond, former Premier of Greenland; Salvatore Babones, American sociologist and associate professor, University of Sydney; Mike Pompeo, former United States Secretary of State; and John Mearsheimer, American political scientist.
Key Indian speakers include Madhabi Puri Buch, Chairperson, SEBI; Pawan Verma, Author-Diplomat, former Member of Parliament (Rajya Sabha); Falguni Nayar, Nykaa; Prasoon Joshi, MCann World Group; Harsh Jain, CEO & Co-Founder, Dream Sports; Jayen Mehta, MD, Gujarat Co-operative Milk Marketing Federation Ltd; and Ashish Dhawan, Founder-Trustee, Ashoka University.
