Ranbir Kapoor hopes to bring Raha Kapoor, his and Alia Bhatt’s daughter, on Kapil Sharma’s show, The Great Indian Kapil Show. The actor will be seen on the first episode of Kapil’s new Netflix show. In a new promo released, Ranbir opened up about being a father and gushed about Raha. He called himself a burp specialist and added that he couldn’t wait to bring her to the show.
“Have you changed diapers, Ranbir?" Archana asked him in the new promo. “I was a burp specialist," Ranbir revealed. “When Raha enters the room, his face lights up," Neetu added. “I can’t wait to bring her on your show," Ranbir said. Watch the promo below:
Kapil is reuniting with Sunil Grover on the show after six years. In 2018, the two comedians were returning from Australia after a show when they got into a fight onboard a flight and had a fallout. The duo has reunited for the show, leaving fans excited.
The show also stars Krushna Abhishek, Kiku Sharda, Rajiv Thakur and Archana Puran Singh.
Speaking about the show in a press statement, Kapil said, “As seen in the trailer, we’re back! For all our fans in India, we love you, and for our global fans, especially in Korea and Mongolia who’ve been missing us, we’re coming to Netflix on March 30! Sunil, Krushna, Kiku, Rajiv and I have been friends for a very long time and how you see us on screen, is how we are in real life. And yes, we love Archana ji – I had to say this because she’s holding my house help hostage. ‘The Great Indian Kapil Show’ is an extension of all of us in many ways and thanks to Netflix, you can watch us anytime, anywhere. Just remember, a new episode drops every Saturday."
The show premieres on March 30.
