Canada-based gangster Arsh Dala has been guiding terrorist acts and large-scale extortion in India on behalf of Khalistan Tiger Force (KTF).
India has shared the latest coordinates of Canada-based designated terrorist Arshdeep Singh Gill with the Justin Trudeau government, asking them to make a provisional arrest of the fugitive associated with Khalistan Tiger Force (KTF).
The National Investigation Agency (NIA), currently investigating cases against Arshdeep, also known as Arsh Dalla. The Indian Express newspaper reported that NIA obtained specific details regarding his whereabouts in Canada, including his car details, current address, and photographs.
The NIA approached the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) via the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA), which, in turn, requested the Canadian government through their embassy in Delhi to make a provisional arrest. However, as of now, no action has been taken against Dalla by the Canadian authorities, the report said.

Dalla, who previously worked with Punjab-based gangsters until 2020, later shifted to Canada and began collaborating with KTF chief Hardeep Singh Nijjar. After Nijjar’s Surrey killing in June last year, Dalla took over all operations of KTF, orchestrating terror modules and attempting to execute killings in India.
The Union Home Ministry last year declared Dalla a designated terrorist, citing his involvement in various heinous crimes, including murder, extortion, targeted killings, terror activities, terror financing, and cross-border smuggling of drugs or weapons.
Despite these developments, Dalla has continued his operations in India. In September last year, Congress leader Baljinder Singh Balli was shot dead at his home in Punjab’s Moga district by two of Dalla’s associates. Dalla, hailing from Dala village in Moga, had claimed responsibility for Balli’s murder.
Arsh Dalla has links with international terror outfit Lashkar-e-Taiba and Pakistan’s Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI). In September, it was reported that Dalla’s plan to target leaders of Hindu outfits, sadhus, religious leaders, and people associated with BJP’s ideological arm Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) was unearthed during a crackdown by the Delhi Police last year.
Dalla, who has connections with Canadian gangster Goldy Brar and slain gangster Sukhdool Singh, has been involved in several criminal activities. He has also been associated with extremist groups, including the Khalistan Tiger Force (KTF) and the International Sikh Youth Federation (ISYF).
