News18 Network on Wednesday released the results of its Mega Opinion Poll, featuring an extensive survey covering 518 Lok Sabha constituencies across 21 major states. According to the survey, the BJP-led National Democratic Alliance (NDA) coalition is likely to win 38 seats in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections in Bihar, leaving the remaining two seats to the Congress-led Indian National Developmental Inclusive Alliance (INDIA).
Meanwhile, BJP released its second list of 72 candidates for the upcoming Lok Sabha polls featuring some big names including Union Ministers Nitin Gadkari, Anurag Singh Thakur, Pralhad Joshi, and Piyush Goyal.

According to Network18’s Mega Opinion Poll, it is “make” for the BJP-led National Democratic Alliance (NDA) and “break” for the INDI alliance comprising the Samajwadi Party (SP), Congress, and others in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections in Uttar Pradesh.
While the NDA is predicted to sweep the state with 77 seats, the INDIA bloc may end up with only 2, while Mayawati’s Bahujan Samaj Party could pick up the remaining seat.
The Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK) will lead the INDIA bloc to an impressive haul of 30 seats in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections in Tamil Nadu, but the BJP-led National Democratic Alliance (NDA) is set to make its presence felt by bagging 5 seats, while the All India Anna Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (AIADMK) and allies will pick up 4, the Mega Opinion Poll by Network18 aired on Wednesday predicted.
On his candidature from Karnataka’s Dharwad constituency, Union Minister Pralhad Joshi said, “A total of 72 candidates have been named in the second list. I want to thank our party’s central leadership, PM Modi, Union HM Amit Shah and party president JP Nadda…I expect that we will get a huge majority in Karnataka. NDA will cross 400 seats and BJP will cross 370 seats, in the country…”
